and procedures relating to a number of issues of concern to Learners,
Faculty Mentors, and NCU staff.

The University seeks to protect information collected from
prospective Learners, Learners, Faculty Mentors, and staff.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects
the privacy of Learner records.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities
Act of 1990 (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and subsequent regulations,
Northcentral University provides reasonable accommodation to a qualified individual
with an appropriately documented disability, provided that such accommodation does
not create an undue hardship.
The NCU public web site is built to comply with Section
508 Accessibility Standards of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended in 1998.
NCU provides statistics to inform its current and prospective Learners, Faculty Mentors, and staff regarding
campus crime.
NCU is concerned about the use of alcohol, illegal
drugs, or controlled substances as it affects faculty, staff, and
Learners.
NCU policy prohibits sexual harassment between or among
all members Learners, Faculty Mentors, and staff of the University community in
all areas of the Universitys work and educational environments.
Learners, Mentors, even visitors at NCU will get the maximum benefit from their experiences by using adequate and compatible
