Information Privacy

The University seeks to protect information collected from prospective Learners, Learners, Faculty Mentors, and staff.

Student Records

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of Learner records.

Americans With Disabilities Act

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and subsequent regulations, Northcentral University provides reasonable accommodation to a qualified individual with an appropriately documented disability, provided that such accommodation does not create an undue hardship.

Web Accessibility Statement

The NCU public web site is built to comply with Section 508 Accessibility Standards of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended in 1998.

Disclosure of Campus Crime Statistics (Jeanne Clery Act)

NCU provides statistics to inform its current and prospective Learners, Faculty Mentors, and staff regarding campus crime.

Alcohol and Drug Abuse Policy

NCU is concerned about the use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances as it affects faculty, staff, and Learners.

Sexual Harassment Policy

NCU policy prohibits sexual harassment between or among all members Learners, Faculty Mentors, and staff of the University community in all areas of the Universitys work and educational environments.
